Our field trips offer unforgettable, hands-on adventures that make education come alive. Planned and organized by our staff Field Trip Coordinator, these outings thrive on parent involvement and participation to bring these trips to life.

BCA Field Trip Information and Policies
Field Trip Registration
Field Trips are announced through the BCA Family Feed groups, the BCA website, and parent emails. Registration for Field Trips is scheduled in advance and listed on our BCA annual calendar.
Registration deadlines and Field Trip start times are non negotiable for all families. Once registration is successfully completed through our Field Trip Sign-Up HSL, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address listed for the primary account holder.
Reminders are sent weekly through email and parent groups, as well as one day prior to the event.
Field Trip Payment
Field Trips are prepaid events, and families will be invoiced at the close of the registration period.
BCA has a no-refund policy for cancellations made after the registration deadline.
Larger numbers of participating students may help BCA receive group discounts from parks and institutions for Field Trip admission.
All Field Trip fees are determined solely by the parks, institutions, or other venues hosting our BCA families and students on the scheduled Field Trip date.
Do you have a favorite local spot you’d love to share, or time to help supervise a group? We are actively seeking volunteers for specific dates and new location suggestions. Your contribution makes a difference!
